We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns for defective and non-defective products. We also accept changes.

This new service is added to other benefits that we offer you as a customer to guarantee you the best experience. There is nothing that makes us happier than knowing that you, as our client, will be calm and satisfied.

1.1. Store the complete product, with its original accessories, in a sturdy box. Preferably the one where you received the order.
1.2. Label printing:

1.2.1 If the agency is going to collect your item, you do not need to print the label (condition only valid for Spain).

1.2.2 If you send your item by your own means or by delivering it to the Post Office, print the label that we will have sent you by email. It is also available in your file details under “Return History” in your user panel.

23. Stick the label on the outside of the box and seal it tightly.
2.1. If you have requested a withdrawal, our agency will come to pick it up on the date you indicated.
2.2. If you send it by your means we will wait for its arrival.
3.1. 14 days after the package arrives at our facility, we will refund the money you paid or make a replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems (Defective products)

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can assess the problem and resolve it. For our defective products, the return is full free shipping. That means your shipping fee is 0.00 Euro (€) and your restocking fee is 0.00 Euro (€).


For your responsibility (Customer regret)

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item you purchased in error is no longer required or if it is incorrect products so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it. For your remorse products, you need to bear a certain amount for return shipping. You will bear the actual cost of return shipping. The restocking fee is 0.00 euros (€).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
